NBA All-Star Game: Third Quarter – West 126, East 123

By: Barry Barnes, Founder/Senior Writer

The third quarter was a little settling as the Eastern and Western Conference came out flat, according to the first half explosion. Yet, Miami Heat guard/forward LeBron James and L.A. Clippers forward Blake Griffin rattled the rim.

New York Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony tried to close the gap with his outside shooting, but Oklahoma City Thunder Kevin Durant continued to stroke his jumpers as he put up 30 points through three quarters.

The Western Conference had their 16 point lead cut to three as Washington Wizards guard John Wall ended the third quarter with a two-hand lay-up.
